Perched upon the 700 block of Narcissus, this four-bedroom, four and a half bath, 2,400 square-foot front home is not to be missed. What sets this property apart is the fact that it sits on a 36-foot-wide lot -- one of only a handful in all of Corona del Mar Village.

Entering the home, one is met with a spacious open floorplan, living as if it were a single-family home. Floor to ceiling pocket doors open onto the front patio - options are endless for a future buyer. One may choose to have a fire pit, a water feature, a dining area or even an outdoor seating lounge area. On the main level, one will find a bedroom, living and dining room, one car garage and two car carports. The professional kitchen bears clean lines, minimalistic style with Wolf, Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances. The gourmet kitchen also boasts handcrafted riff white oak cabinetry with slow close drawers and designer hardware. This main level opens to the beautiful interior courtyard allowing for a plethora of natural light to enter in.

On the second floor, the luxurious master suite has a private balcony which overlooks the front patio. In the master's spa-like bath retreat, the freestanding tub, dual sinks, and expansive walk-in closet are embellished with designer-selected light and plumbing fixtures. One very spacious laundry room and secondary bedroom adorn this level.

The fourth bedroom resides on the top floor, which opens out upon the rooftop deck, perfect for a home office. Relax at the end of a busy day to ocean, city and Pelican Hill views from the vast partially covered, partially uncovered deck. A great gathering space to enjoy, this area is also engineered for a spa. This unit is pre-wired for home automation including whole house audio, surround sound, networking and security system.

This front home is close to the boutiques and diverse dining, including Zinc Cafe, Bandera, Quiet Woman, and Five Crowns. Only minutes to Big Corona, Little Corona and the other beautiful beaches Corona del Mar has to offer.
