Meet Jamie

Jamie Duran has been a renowned real estate professional in Southern California for over 30 years.  Jamie joins EQTY | Forbes Global Properties as Director of Global Growth after a lustrous career as President of Coldwell Banker Realty in Southern California.  Jamie oversaw over 60 offices, 4,871 independent sales associates and 135 employees and nearly $500 million in revenue.  Jamie’s territory included the counties of Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Diego.  In 2022, these combined counties achieved $22 billion in sales volume and closed 15,700 units, with an average sales price of $1.4 million.

Jamie is frequently recognized as an influencer in her field and was named on the Los Angeles Business Journal list of the top 500 most powerful business executives in 2023 and 2022; Orange County’s Business Journal 2021 Women in Business Award and Los Angeles Business Journal’s Who’s Who in Real Estate. In 2021 and 2020, Jamie was profiled in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Book of Lists Leader for the number one company on its Residential Brokerage Firm List. In the fall of 2020, Jamie was highlighted by Agent Advice as one of the most phenomenal women in the real estate industry. She also was named in the 2020 Swanepoel Power 200 list, which ranks the most powerful leaders in the residential real estate brokerage industry, for the fourth consecutive year. This distinction placed her on the Top 40 Women Executives List, a subset of the Power 200, acknowledging women leaders who hold the highest senior executive positions in the residential real estate brokerage industry. In addition, her team has achieved numerous Excellence Awards in the Anywhere Leads Network for outstanding performance from 2017 to 2022 in the Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire/Riverside County and San Diego, California markets.

The North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® honored Jamie as an Industry Leader of the Year in 2019, and she was named one of HousingWire’s 2019 Women of Influence.
