Gosia Kawczynski personifies tenacity and is a textbook example of what can be achieved through hard work
and dedication. Gosia comes to Orange County by way of Warsaw, Poland with a stopover in London where
she studied English. Since starting her career in real estate management in 1988, Gosia has obtained by virtue
of her 30 plus years of experience, a deep-rooted understanding of the industry and the significant social and
financial impact that it has on her clients. Gosia is proud of having acquired a staunch and unblemished
reputation for providing her clients with concise, comprehensive information, a keen negotiating sense, and

In addition to assisting both domestic and international clients navigate the luxury home market, Gosia is a
family woman. Happily married for 37 years to a successful private business owner, together they have two
beautiful boys Andrew and Alex. After Gosia nearly lost her husband to a heart attack 8 years ago she now
volunteers at the hospital that saved his life and is actively involved in charity work for the Children’s
Hospital. Gosia’s clientele is a loyal and robust group ranging from business owners to professional athletes
and everyone in between.

A master in investment as well as commercial properties and client relocation, Gosia possesses a self-
